The cost of the event will be £10.00 for Beavers/Cubs/Scouts/Explorers – the minimum age being 5 years 9 months, for uniformed members.
The cost for all others, including Young Leaders / Helpers / Leaders is £3.00. – For day visitor fees and souvenir badge to wear on uniform.

Forms and payment must be returned by Sunday 25th April. Please only send one cheque per booking form, made payable to G.M.E.C.S.C.
On the day after a short opening ceremony at 10.00hrs, activities will run until 17.00hrs. A more detailed programme for the day will be confirmed nearer the time, but there will be a planned timed break for lunch and head count.
Activities booked so far in addition to those normally available on site include Sumo wrestling, inflatables, Origami / Martial arts displays, visits from Kite association & Bonsai gardeners. Please note, that the Low ropes will be just for Beavers and conversely shooting & The Cube, will be just for Cubs and Scouts /Explorers.

Parking for those camping will be on-site; this is planned at present to be on the Training field, with overflow on the top of the Scout field as necessary. Car parking will hopefully again be made available at the Roman lakes, but for this event if booked places aren’t used then a charge will be made.
For those Cub packs / Scout Troops / Explorer units wishing to camp for the weekend normal booking procedure applies, i.e. please book direct with the campsite. An adjustment is to be negotiated with reference to camping fee overnight Saturday. Please remember that all persons MUST BE declared for safety reasons.
